Warranty and Care:

Every cushion is carefully inspected and tested to provide optimum performance.  Each cushion is warranted to be free from defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, provided normal use.  Should a defect in materials or workmanship occur within 24 months we will either repair or replace without charge.  This warranty does not apply to punctures, tears or burns or to the cushions outer cover.  If you have an issue with your cushion please contact us either on 0800 212333 or email [email protected].

For products with covers, if the cover is dirty you can place the cover in a net and wash it with a neutral detergent.

The cushion itself cannot be washed but can be wiped with a damp cloth but no harsh detergents or spray and wipe type products should be used.

A feature of the EXGEL material is that it suffers little age-related deterioration. The life of the product will vary with usage frequency and so on. Judge the life of the product based on wear and tear to the covering and so on. Although there is no particular service life, causes of deterioration include UV rays and heat. Treat the product with care and you can enjoy long years of use.
