Original Cripper - Features and Benefits

The Original Cripper is made from durable aluminium and stainless steel, and is designed to easily slip over the arm without the need for any straps. Each Cripper is available in left or right and is made according to the user's measurements for a custom fit. The Cripper does not require any grip or finger movement to operate the 'grabbing' mechanism, instead, the user simply has to bend their hand back and forth to pick up or release objects. Quadtools were invented by a C5-C6 quadriplegic who was looking to increase his independence. It became his goal to design an affordable, functional, and durable reacher for quadriplegics and other persons with limited function. His son continued to re-invent the original cripper to meet a wide variety of needs for quadriplegics and provide custom reachers to fit any size arm and hand.
