Dining with Dignity offers specialty adaptive silverware.
This elegant, patented design enables those with grip impairment to grasp their fork, spoon or knife using a yoke attached to the handle.
Designed to be versatile, the stainless steel yoke can be adjusted to fit various hand sizes and gripping angles.
Each utensil may be twisted to meet your specific grip and strength. A person with no grip has the ability to “hold” these utensils while eating with no assistance.
Here’s what makes the Dining with Dignity silverware so revolutionary and innovative!
- Provides someone with limited hand dexterity the means to comfortably grip and manipulate conventional silverware.
- An adjustable 2-ring assembly for the thumb and index finger holds utensils on the hand.
- Easily adjusts to suit the size of any hand with the adjustable rings of the silverware.
- Unobtrusive, simple design.
- Allows self-reliance and independence.
- Constructed using high quality, 10/18 stainless steel silverware.
- Works well regardless of the individual’s hand or finger strength, mobility or dexterity.
- Replaces the universal cuff and foam handlescurrently widely in use.
- Dishwasher safe!

My sister-in-law was in a car accident and you told me about the tenodesis brace. Anyway, she got her cutlery today and she was crying because it made such a big difference. She was able to eat Ice Cream unassisted. Before we sent here the cutlery, she had trouble keeping the spoon level. Just wanted you to it has made a huge difference in her everyday life. Thank you,” — Ben Roberts
At last! My husband has had MS for forty years and is enjoying his meals without my assistance again. Thank you for this wonderful design I am ordering a second set for travel. – K. Fernandez
This is the third set I am ordering for my brother. He is so enjoying eating now! I am keeping a set with me for times that we dine out, and have instructed staff where he lives that he has to have a set with him whenever he eats out. The third set is for the home, just in case silverware is left behind, and can’t be retrieved before the next meal. You deserve to do well in your business venture. So many people will benefit. I have been singing your praises, and will continue to do so. – Jane Fanning Brown
