Santoku Quadknife - Features and Benefits
The Santoku Quadknife is made from durable aluminium and stainless steel and is designed to easily slip over the arm without the need for any straps. A 'santoku' knife is a well-balanced Japanese knife that performs three tasks: slicing, dicing and mincing. The Quadknife is available in left or right and is individually made according to the user's measurements for a custom fit. All Quadtools are rigorously tested and come with a 100% unconditional guarantee. This model is available for trial (via Enable Funding or Accessable).

About Quadtools:
Quadtools were invented by a C5-C6 quadriplegic who was looking to increase his independence. It became his goal to design an affordable, functional, and durable reacher for quadriplegics and other persons with limited function. His son continued to re-invent the original cripper to meet a wide variety of needs for quadriplegics and provide custom reachers to fit any size arm and hand.
